About This Station
If a Vantage Pro weather station is used by the manufacturer Davis. The basic unit (ISS) is a spacious garden. The buildings and vegetation have virtually no effect on the measurements. In the ISS are temperature, humidity and precipitation measured. It is also at this location the solar sensor. This may at certain times of the day a little annoyance may be the buildings. The wind direction and wind speed is measured on the roof. The anemometer is almost 2 meter above the roof and coming close to the height of 10 meter above ground level.
The language is English or Dutch as the basis of the equipment and software. There is a part of the web page in German. The basic language is English. The translation is done via Google Translation. This allows the grammar defects. The weather is December 1, 2006 in Zaandam in the Netherlands measured. After moving to Germany, the weather again became operational in August 2007.

Important note
Unfortunately I have had step concerning on a another computer system. The problem because of this is that there a discontinuance in my dates sits. The historical data connect no longer on current. This means that where applies the data start as from 10 July 2009. Only in part that by cumulus is the data it has been produced as from 15 May 2009 available. To a solution it is still gezocht. By means of the extended weather report the historical data are consult still.
After replacing the last computer that was being used for the weather information, it appeared that the Weather Display was wrongly transferred. This had as a consequence that there is an empty gap in the historical data which is reflected in the graphs. Furthermore, the new virus scanner on this computer was disrupting communication with other pc's, the weather station and Internet quite badly. The pc often got stuck and had to be re-started. This resulted in files wrongly being brought up to date or not being updated at all. After removing this virus scanner from the pc everything worked again. However the database is permanently damaged.
Na de laatste vernieuwing van de computer voor het weer is WeatherDisplay niet correct overgezet.
WeatherDisplay moest opnieuw worden geïnstalleerd.
Hierdoor is in de historische data een gat ontstaan waardoor gegevens niet aansluiten.
Dit komt tot uitdrukking in de grafieken.
Verder heeft de virusscanner welke op de nieuwe PC geïnstalleerd was de communicatie naar andere PC's, weerstation en internet regelmatig zwaar verstoord.
De PC liep hierdoor meerdere malen vast.
Dit was alleen te herstellen door de computer opnieuw op te starten.
Hierdoor zijn de bestanden niet of onjuist bijgewerkt.
De virusscanner kwam met de vreemdste meldingen waar geen verband was te ontdekken in de relatie tussen de software en communicatie naar zaken buiten de PC.
Soms moest de PC opnieuw opgestart worden om van deze meldingen af te komen.
Na het uitzetten van allerlei scanopties, bleef de scanner parten spelen.
Uiteindelijk is de virusscanner gedeïnstalleerd waarna de computer goed is blijven functioneren.
Inmiddels is er een andere virusscanner geïnstalleerd die minder ingrijpend is.
De computer wordt voor niets anders gebruikt dan voor de weerprogramma's.
Helaas is de database in WD definitief beschadigd.
